Hi, we're Shift.

Partners Grant Barnhill and Zvi Rudawsky have spent decades creating Denver apartment communities where people really want to live, and now they are building office spaces where people really want to work. How? By incorporating best practices that have revolutionized the workplace into a smartly designed spaces for getting business done.

At the same time, we’re building a community that supports collaboration, networking, and professional growth. People here have a chance to share ideas on work and life. The gym and the wellness center area provide a chance to recharge in the middle of a busy day. Regular events and outside speakers help everyone keep pace with new ideas affecting work, business and personal interests.
